Cloud Technology Partners Closes Series C Funding

cloudCloud Technology Partners, a Boston, MA-based cloud services and software company for enterprises moving to cloud, closed its Series C funding round.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Backers included existing investors Rackspace (NYSE: RAX), State Street Bank (NYSE: STT) and Pritzker Group Venture Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Scott Crenshaw, Senior Vice President Strategy and Product at Rackspace, and Antoine Shagoury, Executive Vice President and CIO at State Street Bank, have joined Cloud Technology Partners’ Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its Cloud Adoption Program, its Digital Innovation Practice, build managed services capabilities and grow the sales & delivery teams.

Led by Chris Greendale, Founder and CEO, Bruce Coughlin, Executive Vice President, and Brian Ott, Vice President and Shared Services Practice Lead, Cloud Technology Partners is a cloud services and software company for enterprises moving to AWS, Google, Microsoft and other cloud providers. From strategy to operations, the company help customers accelerate cloud adoption via implementation services, software and intellectual property.
This April, Rackspace and Cloud Technology Partners announced a strategic partnership to deliver professional and managed services for enterprises leveraging Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
