Visionnaire Ventures, a San Francisco, CA-based global technology investment firm, is to raise its second fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Visionnaire Ventures Fund II has a target of $250m. No funds have been raised yet.
The doc lists managing partners Keith Nilsson and Susan Choe as people related to the offering. The founding team also includes Taizo Son.
Visionnaire Ventures funds companies across all stages from seed to growth, which are active in technology market segments including Commerce, Advertising, Mobile, Big Data, IoT. The firm’s portfolio includes Krux, Content Analytics, HelpShift, GBox, AnyRoad, Fiscal Note, Leeo, GoFactory, etc.
