Silicon Valley-based early-stage venture capital firm Shasta Ventures is raising its fifth fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Shasta Ventures V, L.P. has a final target of $300m. The doc lists Rob Coneybeer and Jason Pressman as people related with the offering.
Based in Menlo Park and San Francisco, California, Shasta Ventures invests in consumer technology, enterprise and connected hardware startups.
The team includes managing directors Coneybeer, Pressman, Sean Flynn, Tod Francis, Ravi Mohan and Doug Pepper venture partner Jayaram Bhat, principals Nikhil Basu Trivedi, Joydeep Bhattacharyya, senior associate Nitin Chopra and CFO Austin Grose.
