Sipsynergy, a Ware, Hertfordshire-UK-based provider of cloud collaboration solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, raised £2.75m in funding.
YFM Equity Partners made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the growth in the customer base through expansion of the sales and support teams.
Co-founded by John Fox and Barnaby Ritchley, Sipsynergy has partnered with Cisco to create a solution which provides a range of communications technologies (telephone, video conferencing, chat/IM, presence and mobility) to SMEs. It is sold on a white label basis through IT and telecoms resellers and managed service providers.
