Helix TCS (OTCMKTS:HLIX), a Denver, Colorado-based provider of integrated operating solutions for the legal cannabis industry, acquired Cannabase, a cannabis industry wholesale platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The purchase of Cannabase, a cannabis industry technology provider, will allow Helix TCS to expand its technology operations in the emerging cannabis market.
Led by Jennifer Beck, co-founder and Managing Director, Cannabase provides seed-to-sale marketing and sales tools to the cannabis industry. Following the deal, the company will continue to operate as Cannabase as a wholly owned subsidiary of Helix TCS.
Led by Zachary Venegas, CEO, Helix TCS provides integrated operating environments for legal Cannabis industry players including growers, dispensary owners, investors, and ancillary firms. Its compliance & logistical services range from FINCEN and banking consultation to reporting and data reconciliation, armed and unarmed security, remote monitoring, transportation, and custom security and cash solutions.
