Audax Private Equity to Acquire RelaDyne

Audax Private Equity has partnered with management to acquire RelaDyne, Inc., a Cincinnati, Ohio-based lubricant, fuel, and DEF distributor, from AEA Investors, a private equity firm based in New York.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Led by Larry Stoddard, President and CEO, RelaDyne provides customers with integrated reliability management services for industrial and commercial businesses. Its distribution platform spans more than 90 locations serving customers across the Central, Mid-Atlantic, and Southern U.S.
