GamEffective, a Charlotte, NC- and Ra’anana, Israel-based workforce performance management platform, raised $7m in funding.
The round was led by Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) with participation from Verint, 2B Angels, Shaked Ventures, Lipman, CE Ventures and others.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop its sales, marketing and R&D efforts in its offices.
Founded by CEO Gal Rimon, GamEffective is used by enterprise customers to set personalized goals for employees, aligning corporate goals with those of individual staff members. On the employee side, the platform engages employees using gamification and real-time feedback – while providing analytical insights to managers.
The solution can be integrated with multiple enterprise apps.
Customers include several Fortune 500 companies.
