Trive Capital, a Dallas, TX-based private equity firm, has announced the promotion of David Stinnett to Partner.
Stinnett’s responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Trive, he was with Insight Equity, where he was involved in deal execution and operations for investments across a number of different industries, including Automotive, Infrastructure, and Energy, among others. Prior to joining Insight, Stinnett was an Associate at Pamlico Capital (formerly Wachovia Capital Partners), a Charlotte, NC-based private equity fund with $2 billion of capital under management.
He began his career as an Analyst in the Merger & Acquisition group of McGladrey Capital Markets.
