McorpCX, Inc. (TSXV: MCX, OTCQB: MCCX), a customer experience solutions company, acquired PersonaDrive, Inc., a Bellevue, WA based provider of cloud-based productivity software.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Following the close of the transaction, McorpCX plans to integrate the acquired technologies and services into its broader CX management platform.
Founded in 2015 and led by CEO Jason Wise, PersonaDrive is a productivity platform for creating, managing, and sharing customer insights in the form of digital “personas”, which allow customer-centric Information Technology, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams at companies of all sizes to collaborate and communicate more effectively.
Mr. Wise and CTO Matthew Smith will join McorpCX in an advisory capacity to support the integration of the core platform, services, and customers into the existing business and offerings.
Founded in 2002 and led by president Michael Hinshaw, and vice president Stephen Shay, McorpCX provides cloud-based software that gives companies insights concerning the customer behaviour and improve their experience, satisfaction, loyalty and engagement for leaders in financial services, retail, technology, consumer products, and other industries.
