Gamer Sensei, a Boston, MA-based provider of a mastery platform for competitive gamers, raised $2.3m in seed funding.
The round was led by Accomplice and Boston Seed Capital, with participation from Sigma Prime, FJ Labs, Corigin Ventures and Timothy & Todd McSweeney.
The company intends to use the funds to grow the team, accelerate development of the patent-pending mastery algorithm, expand to additional games, increase partnerships with Sensei and eSports teams and establish an industry standard system for credentialing Sensei and improving players.
Co-founded by William Collis, Rohan Gopaldas and Jiapeng Ji, Gamer Sensei provides personalized coaching and skills development for major eSports titles for gamers to improve their skills.
