Kuber Financial, an Orange, CA-based global fintech holding company, acquired Mobilend, Inc., a mobile SaaS lending platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by Founder and CEO Timothy Li, Kuber Financial provides integrated technology, data and analytics solutions that facilitate and automate business processes across the consumer and small business lending lifecycle. Led by Justin D’Ambra, CEO, and Amit Saxena, CTO, and Valentin Gasparyan, Mobilend provides a platform that brings the consumer origination processes into a mobile experience that improves workflow and supports compliance with the regulated lending environment.
Following the deal, Kuber Financial will integrate Mobilend mobile SaaS lending platform to its existing technology.
