Data Science Platform CrowdFlower Raises $10M in Venture Capital

crowdflowerCrowdFlower, a San Francisco, CA-based platform for data science teams, raised $10M in venture capital funding.

The round was led by Canvas Ventures, Trinity Ventures, and Microsoft.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate adoption of CrowdFlower AI.

Led by Lukas Biewald, founder and chief executive officer, CrowdFlowe provides CrowdFlower AI, which allows data teams at Fortune 500 and data-driven organizations across a wide variety of industries to create machine learning models using human-labeled training data.
Companies can convert instructions in plain English to commercially viable machine learning models that replace humans in some part of a business process.
