Wealth Management Services Provider Carson Group Holdings Raises $35m Minority Investment

Carson Group Holdings, an Omaha, Nebraska-based provider of wealth management services to financial advisors and clients, raised $35m minority investment.

The investment was led by Long Ridge Equity Partners with participation from key members of the Carson executive leadership team. In conjunction with the deal, Jim Brown and Kevin Bhatt of Long Ridge Equity Partners will join the Carson Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to provide capital for additional investment in advisor solutions, technology, and resources, as well as additional strategic support.
