Take the Interview (TTI), a NYC-based provider of interview management solutions, raised $5m in Series B funding.
The round was led by 3TS Capital Partners, with participation from previous investors StarVest Partners and Rittenhouse Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Pekka Maki, Managing Partner at 3TS Capital Partners, will join Take the Interview’s Board of Directors.
The company will use the funds to continue to build out its technology platform, enhance its integrations with other HR solutions and accelerate further expansion.
Founded in 2012 by Danielle Weinblatt, TTI provides a cloud-based platform that allows organizations to hire talent by focusing on the interview process and of the screening and touch points during the hiring continuum. The platform enables candidates to showcase their skills and experience utilizing a digital platform and provides hiring managers the ability to evaluate candidates beyond video functionality.
The company also has offices in Belgrade, Serbia.
