SilverVue, a Salt Lake City, UT-based provider of patient transitional care technologies, received an institutional financing round of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Pritzker Group Venture Capital and GE Ventures with participation from Epic Ventures.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations and accelerate the adoption of its platform.
Led by Will West, CEO and founder, SilverVue provides a patient choice platform – called SilverSearch – which is used in hospitals to help patients choose their post-acute care provider based on CMS ratings, zip codes and insurance plans.
Patients can select service providers on SilverVue-provided tablets based on the specialized care they need as they leave the hospital, such as long-term acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing or home health services.
