Medical Imaging Partnership Receives up to £12M Investment from Apposite Capital

Medical Imaging Partnership Ltd, a Crawley, UK-based provider of medical diagnostic imaging services, received an up to £12m investment from Apposite Capital.

The company will use the funds to support the geographical roll-out of services across the UK, grow the management team and employee base, and continue investing in radiology services for patients and clinicians.

Created in 2010 and led by Simon Oates, CEO, Medical Imaging Partnership provides customers within the NHS and the independent sector with radiology equipment (MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, Ultrasound), patient referral and triage management, radiology reporting and clinical support into patient management.
The company is currently operating in the Southeast and North of England and has 55 employees.

Apposite Capital is a private equity firm specializing in healthcare. In conjunction with the investment, Sam Gray, Partner at Apposite Capital, is joining MIP’s Board of Directors.
