Container Testing Platform Vamp Raises €500k in Seed Funding, an Amsterdam, the Netherlands-based startup that develops the open source test & release solution for containers VAMP raised €500k in seed funding.

The round was led by Volta Ventures with participation from existing investor Startupbootcamp and entrepreneur Henri de Jong. In conjunction with the funding, Frank Maene, managing partner Volta Ventures, will join’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to develop enterprise-grade features, grow the opensource community and partner network, and expand internationally.

Led by Olaf Molenveld, CEO and co-founder, provides for DevOps teams with VAMP, an open source platform that provides features for (A/B) testing, deploying and autoscaling (micro) service oriented architectures that rely on container technology.
VAMP can work standalone or integrate with container systems like Docker, Mesosphere DC/OS, Azure Container Service, Rancher and Kubernetes.
