Certrax Risk Compliance Solutions, Inc., a Woodbridge, NJ-based provider of an app for real estate owners, property managers and service providers to manage third-party risk, received an investment from WorldQuant Ventures.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. As part of the deal, Steven Lau, Managing Director at WorldQuant Ventures, will join Certrax’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth.
Led by Chief Executive Officer Brian O’Keefe and Chief Operating Officer Robert Mitchell, Certrax Risk Compliance Solutions provides an application and service that allows real estate owners, property managers and service providers to manage third-party risk, by electronically tracking, managing and storing contracts and insurance certificates.
Customers include hospitality and real estate companies.
