TaskEasy, a Salt Lake City, UT-based on-demand exterior maintenance provider, raised $12M in Series B financing.
The round was led by Delta Electronics Capital with participation from new investors Moderne Ventures, MTD Products and existing investors Grotech Ventures, Access Venture Partners, and Kickstart Fund.
The company intends to use the funds for growth and product development.
Led by Ken Davis, CEO, TaskEasy is a services automation company that allows customers to buy and receive exterior maintenance services like lawn mowing, snow removal, and pool cleaning. The company works with homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals to upload entire property lists to their client portal, allowing for recurring scheduling of services. The service, which has performed over 400,000 tasks in more than 4,800 cities across all 50 states, has established a large network of lawn maintenance contractors with more than 5,000 screened and insured contractors.
