Usermind Raises $14.5M in Series B Funding

Usermind_LogoUsermind, a Seattle, WA-based builder of an orchestration platform for business operations (BizOps) teams, emerged from stealth with $14.5m in Series B funding.

The round was led by Menlo Ventures with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and CRV. In conjunction with the funding, Matt Murphy, managing director at Menlo Ventures, joined Usermind’s Board of Directors.

The company, which has raised $22.1m in total financing, will use the funds to expand sales and marketing, and to accelerate its R&D focused on the digital transformation of companies.

Co-founded in 2013 by Michel Feaster, CEO, and Przemek Pardyak, CTO, Usermind provides a unified platform for orchestrating business operations (BizOps), defining and automating all aspects of their customer lifecycles.
Built for the nontechnical user, Usermind allows users to integrate enterprise applications, map data between them, automate end-to-end processes, measure the impact of processes on business outcomes, and take instant action to improve them.
