QingCloud Raises $100M in Series C Funding

qingcloud_logoQingCloud, a Beijing, China-based enterprise class cloud computing platform provider, raised $100m in Series C funding.

The round was led by BlueRun Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the technology, conduct R & D activities, invest in the public cloud infrastructure, and hire new people.

Led by Reno Gan, Richard Huang, and Spencer Lin, QingCloud provides enterprise customers with a cloud computing platform that offers IaaS-based flexible cloud services and featuring private network, calculation based on second, open API, monitoring, and multiple real time copy security policy.
The company now has over 45,000 customers.
According to a press release, the company has now raised $122m having previously raised $2m in 2013 and $20m in Series B funding later.
