Phenom People, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based provider of a Talent Relationship Marketing platform, raised an additional $2.7M in Series A funding.
Sigma Prime Ventures joined the round. In conjunction with the investment, Sigma Prime Managing Director John Simon will join Phenom People’s group of senior advisors.
The additional funding brought total Series A funding to $7.6m.
Led by CEO Mahe Bayireddi, Phenom People provides Talent Relationship Marketing platform that automates the process for driving talent awareness, interest, engagement and acquisition.
The company has created an engine called the Phenom Enterprise Talent Graph that collects and analyzes candidate data and combines it with predictive intelligence to allow candidates, recruiters and hiring managers find matches effectively.
