FTV Capital Announces Four Promotions

ftvlogoFTV Capital, a San Francisco and New York-based sector-focused growth equity investment firm, announced four promotions.

Kyle Griswold was promoted to partner, Robert Anderson and Aly Lovett to principal and Richard Liu to vice president.

Kyle Griswold joined FTV Capital in 2007 after working as an investment banking associate at Berkshire Capital Securities. Based in FTV’s New York office, he has been actively involved in many FTV investments in the financial services and payments/transaction processing sectors. Griswold is currently a board member at Apex Fund Services, a global fund administrator, Aspire Financial Services, a retirement plan solutions provider, True Potential, an investment and wealth management platform, and World First, a foreign exchange solutions platform; a board observer at Swan Global Investments, an asset management firm, and also actively involved with CardConnect, a payment processing services company.

Robert Anderson was an investment banking associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch prior to joining FTV in 2010.
Located in FTV’s San Francisco office, Anderson focuses on investments in financial services and payments/transaction processing. He is currently a board member at Catalyst Repository Systems, an eDiscovery solutions firm, and StoneEagle Services, a B2B payments platform; a board observer at Clearent, an end-to-end payment processing provider, and InvestCloud, a cloud-based technology provider for financial services firms.
Anderson is actively involved with Credorax, a global ecommerce payments platform, and WePay, payments solutions for marketplaces and online platforms.

After working as an associate at TA Associates, Aly Lovett joined FTV in 2012 and is based in New York. She focuses on enterprise technology and services investments, being currently a board observer at Centro, a digital advertising and media management firm, and actively involved with LiveIntent, an email advertising and marketing platform.

Based in New York, Richard Liu joined FTV in 2014 from TCV where he was a senior associate. He is focused on enterprise technology and services investments, where he helps diligence and lead investment opportunities.
