ezbuy, (formerly known as 65daigou), a Singapore-based online shopping company, raised $20m in Series B funding.
According to reports, the round was led by Vision Knight Capital, with participation from existing investors CGC Capital and IDG Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in additional countries in Asia as well as continue to develop the technology infrastructure undelying its service.
Founded in 2010 by Wendy Liu, EZbuy gives to consumers in Thailand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia the opportunity to purchase items from China, Taiwan and the USA. The platform’s product categories include Women’s Fashion, Men’s Fashion, Home & Garden, Toys, Kids & Babies, Shoes, Bags & Accessories, Health & Beauty, Mobiles & Tablets Office, Gifts & Stationery, Sports & Outdoors and Automotives.
The company offers purchasing, consolidation, verification and shipping as well as pre-sales and after-sales services.
