TalentSky, a Redwood City, CA-based professional skills network, raised $10m in Seed and Series A cumulative funding.
Backers included unnamed individual investors.
Led by Rick Devine, Founder and CEO, TalentSky provides a platform that allows individuals to create detailed skills-based professional profiles and companies to express employment skill demands. Individuals can showcase their skills, know whether or not they are in demand, and identify areas for skill development to maintain or enhance their employability. Companies can identify, follow, and connect with qualified internal and external talent through their skills and skillsets.
Upon launch, TalentSky will be free for individuals, who can sign up to create a profile at www.talentsky.com.
