OFF3R, a London, UK-based mobile crowdfunding aggregator, raised £480k in funding.
Backers included angels Tom Singh and Daniel McPherson.
The company intends to use the funds to grow the platform and hire new people.
Founded by Lex Deak, OFF3R is developing a mobile first marketplace and community for alternative investments. Since launching in June 2015, the app has had over 500,000 interactions with 2 million deal alerts sent to investors in 75 countries.
During the beta phase, the app has driven over 50,000 requests for more deal info from 35 partner platforms such a Crowdcube, Seedrs and Zopa.
OFF3R is available on on iOS and Android.
