Kellton Tech (BSE: KELLTONTEC), a Hyderabad, India-based global IT services organization, acquired Bokanyi Consulting, a Houston, US-based enterprise, cloud and analytics services provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition marks Kellton Tech’s continued investment in I-SMAC (Internet of things, Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) to further strengthen its core focus. It also aims to diversify the company’s expertise through complementary customer-base and development capabilities.
Led by Niranjan Chintam, founder and chairman, Kellton Tech Solutions provides IT solutions, and strategic technology consulting, and offshore product development services including Enterprise Mobility Solutions, Mobile Application Development & Internet of Things to startups, SMBs, enterprises, and Fortune 500 businesses across a wide range of verticals including retail, travel, e-commerce, education, hospitality, advertising, market research, manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics, SCM, and non-profits.
Founded in 2005, Bokanyi Consulting is an enterprise, cloud and analytics services provider offering enterprise selection, implementation and integration, hosting, and application support services as well as a broad range of business software applications to mid-market IT needs of customers across 12 countries.
The company, a Certified SAP Gold Partner and reseller of business software solutions from SAP, had about $8m revenue last year.
