iCharts, a Mountain View, CA-based provider of cloud collaborative visualization platforms, closed $5.5m in Series B2 funding.
The round was led by Software AG, with participation from new and existing institutional and private investors.
The company, which has now raised a total of $15m, intends to use the funds to further accelerate its growth in the collaborative visual and business intelligence market. To further accelerate its growth, it recently opened a sales office in Roseville, CA.
Led by Seymour Duncker, Co-Founder and CEO, iCharts provides a cloud-based collaborative data visualization platform that allows business users, enterprises and data providers to create, embed and share interactive visualizations.
It serves The Coca-Cola Company, IDC and MarketWatch, among others. iCharts is a fully-native data visualization platform inside of NetSuite, as well as a premiere partner of Google’s BigQuery platform.
