Click Notices Closes Series A Funding Round

clicknotices-logoClick Notices, Inc., a Columbia, MD-based provider of delinquency management services to the multifamily property industry, closed a Series A funding round.

The amount of the raise, led by Sopris Capital, was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Jon Kaiden, president and founding member of Sopris Capital, will join ClickNotices’ board of directors along with Dirk Wakeham, managing director of Westlake Ventures and former president of RealPage, Inc.

The company will use the funds to enhance its platform.

Led by Eric Sigler, CEO, ClickNotices provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based platform that allows property managers to reduce legal spend, control delinquencies, and automate operations for thousands of late rent cases monthly. It handles all users’ court forms, filings, tenant notifications, and court fees. Under most circumstances, it also takes care of obtaining court judgments and notifies them of court rulings and (if requested) obtain warrants, pursue evictions, ensure proper process service, and coordinate with sheriffs.
