Adshift Raises $650K in Funding

adshiftAdshift (FKA InteractiveH2O), a Chicago, IL-based SaaS startup focused on digital advertising optimization, secured $650k in its first round of financing.

Ellis Island Investments, an investment arm of the Pritzker-Vlock Family Office. In conjunction with the funding, David Fields, principal of Ellis Island Investment will join Adshift’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue the development of its technology suite, and further client acquisition.

Co-founded by Richard Bray and Jason Randolph, Adshift provides a SaaS-based technology platform which aims to eliminate inefficiencies in digital advertising by automatically reallocating ad spending to the most profitable products and markets. With the company’s technology, digital ads automatically respond to changes in inventory levels, weather, social trends, interest rates or any other key data set that drives business operations. By integrating this business data into digital marketing campaigns, Adshifts delivers targeted, relevant and up-to-date ads driving increased revenue for its clients.
The company’s platform works across all paid marketing channels (Google, Bing, Facebook, Display and more) and runs in every major language.
Current clients include respected agencies and dozens of well-known industry brands.
