Co-founded by Charlie Dawson and Dean Kristiniak, who will maintain their respective positions as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, RV Healthcare Analytics focuses on assisting hospitals in decreasing costs and improving outcomes without reducing staff.

The company, which has also hired Jason Palmer, a technology industry veteran, as President, operates a Value Enhancement Program that begins with a proprietary Operational Efficiency Diagnostic, which identifies achievable value potential for over 100 areas of performance and then engages staff in the identification, planning, and execution of initiatives to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve outcomes. It incorporates dozens of proprietary software tools.
