Qualityfry, a Madrid, Spain-based provider of kitchen automation products, raised €1.01m in funding.
The round was led by Kereon Partners with participation from Caixa Capital Risc and other private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand the adoption of its flagship product, Fast Chef Elite, nationally and aborad, as well as to develop new solutions.
Led by Javier Fernández and Juan De Sala, Qualityfry provides Fast Chef Elife, an automatic frying device which fries without producing smoke or odours and does not require specialist labour. Due to its small size and free-standing design, it can be installed in different locations within HORECA establishments including bar or café counters, hotel offices, inside or outside kitchens, even in mobile businesses and sales outlets.
Users only need an electrical power point.
