Jitterbit Raises $20M in Series B Funding

jitterbitJitterbit, an Alameda, CA-based provider of agile integration solutions, raised $20m in Series B funding round.

The round was led by global investment firm KKR. In conjunction with the funding, KKR executive Vincent Letteri will join Jitterbit’s board of directors.

The company, which had previously raised strategic funding from Salesforce, Autodesk and Primera Capital, intends to use the funds to extend adoption of its platform.

Led by CEO George Gallegos, Jitterbit provides a cloud integration platform to companies and industries that are struggling to bridge the digital gap between legacy systems and today’s API, cloud and device-based services. The company’s cloud integration solutions bring together legacy IT infrastructure with modern cloud applications to allow professionals in IT, marketing, sales and other roles at manufacturers, educational institutions, software and healthcare providers, to automate business workflows.
