CapLinked Closes $3.5M Funding Round

CapLinked-LogoCapLinked, a Los Angeles, CA-based workflow-optimization platform for secure enterprise sharing across multiple organizations, closed a $3.5M funding round.

The round was led by Subtraction Capital, with participation from Indicator Ventures. It also includes financing from venture debt lender Western Technology Investment (WTI).

The company, which had previously raised $4M from Founders Fund’s FF Angel and 500 Startups, intends to use the funds to expand their sales and marketing efforts.

Founded by Eric M. Jackson and Christopher Grey, CapLinked provides a cloud platform built for integrated, secure workflow management and document collaboration on business deals, projects, and other multi-company collaborations.
The software is currently being used by many corporations, private equity funds, and professional service firms.
Clients include Lending Club, Ernst & Young, Sunbelt Business Brokers, Competitive Power Ventures, FTI Consulting and Brookline Bank.
