Backers included KEC Ventures, Rubicon Venture Capital, Gary Vaynerchuk and BRaVe Ventures, Social Starts, and Milestone Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Led by CEO and founder Jared A. Feldman, Canvs provides a qualitative social TV platform that provides insights into audience behavior at scale. Accessing Twitter TV data from Nielsen, Canvs informs social media strategy for television marketing, research, production, and ad sales.
Canvs, built using social media listening research from MSI Young Marketing Scholar, Professor Sam Hui, PhD., is a product of Mashwork, Inc.
