Wildmoka, a Sophia Antipolis, France-based developer of technologies that innovates the interaction between audiovisual content and their users, closed a €2m funding round.
Backers included Apicap, Entrepreneurs Factory, Starquest, as well as Bpifrance.
The company will use the funds to grow the teams both in R&D and in Sales, and grow internationally.
Led by Cristian Livadiotti and Thomas Menguy, Wildmoka has developed proprietary platform that turns in real-time any video source into an enriched, navigable, interactive and social content. Leveraging its Agile Media Cloud, the company offers a video clipping & sharing application to promote and monetize content on social media, a personalized instant video generator to monetize archives and a real-time automated video analyzer to capture and value key moments.
The company has already served several customers in France (Canal+, D8, NRJ12, TF1 to name a few).
