TINYpulse, a Seattle, WA-based provider of an employee engagement platform, raised $6m in funding.
The round was led by Arthur Ventures, with participation from High Alpha Capital and Varenne Partners.
The company will use the funding for product development and hiring efforts.
Led by David Niu, TINYpulse provides a suite of tools that allows managers to improve retention and engagement. The platform offers anonymous pulse surveys, peer-to-peer recognition, anonymous messaging, and engagement data analysis, among other features.
The company has more than 500 companies worldwide as clients.
