Private equity firm Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. closed its latest fund, at over $1.9 billion.
Searchlight Capital II, L.P., which received backing from existing and new investors from around the globe. Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal counsel to the Fund and Park Hill Group served as placement agent.
Led by Founding Partners Erol Uzumeri, Oliver Haarmann and Eric Zinterhofer, Searchlight is a global private investment firm with expertise in a wide range of transaction types, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, recapitalizations and investments throughout a company’s capital structure.
The company has offices in New York, London and Toronto.
