SeamlessDocs, a NYC-based document automation platform for governments, closed a $5m Series A funding.
The round was led by the Govtech Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Led by Chachi Camejo and Jonathon Ende, SeamlessDocs provides a platform to get documents completed and e-signed online. The company’s solution convert a PDF or Word Doc into an online document that can now be completed & eSigned on any device (web, tablet, phone). It automatically detects the fields of a PDF and instantly convert them into fillable fields. Once forms or documents are completed, a cloud database is created with management tools that allow users to manage the data collected from docs, which can be synced with current cloud provider (GDrive, Box.com, Dropbox).
