Netsertive, a Research Triangle Park, North Carolina-based digital marketing intelligence company, raised an additional $9m to complete its $24m Series C financing.
The round was led by River Cities Capital Funds with participation from Babson Capital Management and existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerated investments in its platform and extend its reach in the brand-to-local market.
Founded in 2009 by Brendan Morrissey, CEO, Netsertive provides a platform that gives brands and local businesses cooperative digital marketing capabilities, allowing them to win local customers harnessing the collective learnings of thousands of campaigns via the company’s two complementary solutions, MarketWise™ for Brands and StreetWise™ for Local Businesses.
Netsertive currently serves major brands across a variety of B2C and B2B verticals including automotive, home goods, medical, electronics and IT including Serta, FCA Chrysler, Kia, Xerox, Epson and others.
