Faction, a Denver, CO-based enterprise-class Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud provider offering hybrid, private, and public cloud solutions, raised $6m in debt and equity funding.
Backers included current investors Meritage Funds and Sweetwater Capital, while debt financing was provided by Ares Capital Corporation.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand adoption of its solutions and introduce innovative products.
