DICOM Grid Raises $3M in Venture Debt Financing from City National Bank

dgDICOM Grid, a NYC-based maker of a cloud-based, medical image management suite, raised $3m in venture debt financing from City National Bank.

The company, which has raised $34m in total funding, plans to use the new capital to ramp up sales and marketing efforts and accelerate product development.

Led by CEO Morris Panner, DICOM Grid provides a cloud-based platform for medical image management and exchange. Its suite streamlines the medical image exchange process and connects patients, care providers, and facilities worldwide.
The company works with hospital systems such as the Mayo Clinic, Barrow Neurological Institute and Rush University Medical Center as well as private practices, imaging centers, clinical research organizations, and health information exchanges.
