Amplience, a London, UK-based ondemand Big Content platform, received an $8m round of financing.
Silicon Valley Bank and Columbia Lake Partners made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to grow operations.

The platform transforms ecommerce content creation, management, delivery and analytics – unifying previously siloed systems and fragmented digital assets in a streamlined solution. It eliminates duplicate processes and automates media production, publishing and distribution workflows.
Clients include Panasonic North America, Marc Jacobs, John Varvatos, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Theory Helmut Lang.
In an additional announcement, the company said it added Rob Shaw as Vice President of Sales, Craig Smith as Vice President of Solutions & Customer Success, and Ian Matthias as Product Director.
