Simppler, a San Mateo, CA-based provider of an employee referral program platform, raised $1.2m in funding.
Backers included Greylock Partners, Correlation Ventures, zParks Capital, as well as several angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to scale the team and expand customer adoption.
Led by CEO Vipul Sharma, Simppler provides a data driven platform to make employee referral more collaborative among employees, hiring managers, and recruiters via machine learning algorithms that deliver accurate referral recommendations, higher candidate engagement and employee rewarding.
