OpsDataStore Raises $3M in Series A Funding

opsdatastoreOpsDataStore, an Atlanta, Georgia-based platform that delivers real-time operational transparency across the IT stack, raised $3m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Forte Ventures with participation from Citrix Systems, Persistent Systems, Osage Venture Partners, and individual investors, Frank Swain, former vice president of sales at Splunk and AppDynamics, and Mike Phelan, venture partner at Osage Venture Partners and former CEO at SevOne.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations worldwide.

Founded in 2015 by Bernd Harzog, CEO, and CTO Dave Wagner, OpsDataStore provides enterprises with a real-time operational software that gives transparency across the IT stack by providing a common data plane for all management data and vendors.
Additional executives in the company include Todd Nist, vice president of architecture; Rich Salerno, vice president of global accounts, NYC; and Joel Fortune, vice president of global accounts, Chicago.
