Octorate Raises €500K in Venture Capital Funding

octorateOctorate, a Rome, Italy-based provider of software solutions dedicated to hotel, bed & breakfast and the travel industry, raised €500k in venture capital funding.

Backers included Programma 101 (P101), led by Andrea Di Camillo, and Marco Corradino, founder of Bravofly and angel investor.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations globally.

Founded in 2012 by Fabrizio Scuppa, Octorate provides a SaaS-based hospitality booking management and sales optimization platform which is currently used by over 7,000 players including hotels, b&bs, farms, and houses. The solution features a centralized calendar to manage presences, prices, availability in any booking channel to improve decision making processes and increase sales.
