Numerify, a Cupertino, Calif.-based provider of cloud-based analytics applications for the business of IT, closed a $37.5m Series C funding.
The round was led by Tenaya Capital, with participation from existing investors Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and new financing from Silicon Valley Bank and Four Rivers Group. In conjunction with the funding, Tom Banahan, Managing Director of Tenaya Capital, joined Numerify’s Board of Directors.
The company, which has raised more than $60m in total, intends to use the funds to expand product capabilities across new areas of IT business operations and grow in North America and Europe.
Led by Gaurav Rewari, CEO and Founder, Numerify provides IT business analytics applications to organizations that use cloud based IT services, assets, projects and finance systems. The company’s pre-built analytic solutions integrate data across IT sources as well as call center, HR, and finance systems.
Customers include brands such as Netflix, Intuit, Weill Cornell Medical and Aruba Networks, among others.
