NGDATA, a Gent, Belgium-based provider of customer experience management solutions, closed a $10.2m Series B venture capital funding.
The round was led by Idinvest Partners with participation from existing investors including Pamica (investment company of Michel Akkermans), Capricorn Venture Partners, Nausicaa Ventures, SmartFin Capital and angel investors. In conjunction with the funding, Luc Maruenda, partner at Idinvest Partners, joined NGDATA’s board. Additionally, the board appointed Michel Akkermans, a private investor, advisor and board member, as the chairman of the board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to scale the business and to continue to advance the development of its Lily Enterprise.
Led by Luc Burgelman, CEO, NGDATA provides Lily Enterprise, a customer experience management solution which enables organizations to take action based on timely, contextual alerts to create personalized offers and experiences for customers.
The company, which also has offices in New York City and San Francisco, serves customers such as AXA, Orange, De Persgroep and Telenet, among others worldwide.
