Walker Advertising, a provider of legal marketing services, received an investment from private equity firm ClearLight Partners.
Mary Ann Walker, the founder and CEO of Walker Advertising, also invested in the deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed.
The company will use the proceeds for continued growth in California as well as in new markets in the US.
