W2O Group Acquires Fox Communications

WCGW2O Group, an independent network of complementary marketing, communications, research and development firms, acquired Fox Communications, a communications firm based in San Francisco.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Following the deal, Fox Communications Founder Lynn Fox will lead media and engagement as a managing director in the technology practice of WCG, a W2O Group company, which uses its own proprietary technology to gather and analyze data reflecting the online behavior and preferences of the audiences that are most coveted by technology companies. These insights serve as the basis for an integrated marketing offering, including paid, earned, shared and owned channels. The company serves clients across the consumer, technology, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries through a network of offices in San Francisco, New York, Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Minneapolis, Boston and London, Silicon Valley and San Diego.
